The entry point
Two weeks. One map. Your first AI win, priced in rupees.
Every company is being told to “adopt AI.” Almost nobody is told where — which of their actual leaks an AI system would plug, what it would cost, and what it would return. That's the audit.
What you get
A scored opportunity map of your business. Every automation candidate we find, ranked by payback: the monthly cost of the leak, the build cost, the run cost, and the time to live. Plus a 90-day plan for the top three, whether you build them with us or not.
What the two weeks look like
Days 1–3 — Access
Call recordings, WhatsApp exports, lead sheets, your CRM if you have one, your Excel if you don’t. Read-only. NDA first.
Days 4–9 — Listening
We read and count. Missed calls get counted. Response times get measured. Dead leads get aged. This part is unglamorous, which is why nobody does it.
Days 10–12 — The map
Findings scored, priced, ranked.
Day 13 or 14 — The sit-down
Ninety minutes with the decision-makers, walking the map. You keep everything.
Who it's for
Businesses doing roughly ₹2 crore and up, with real enquiry volume and a nagging feeling that revenue is slipping between systems. Coaching institutes before admission season. Clinics with a busy front desk. Developers with a site-visit pipeline. Dealerships. Hotels. D2C brands. If that's not you, the audit will be thin — we'll tell you on the qualification call and save you the fee.
The fee, and the guarantee
One fixed fee, quoted before we start. No day rates and no scope creep. If the audit finds nothing worth automating — it happens, and we'd rather be straight about it — we say exactly that and refund half.
Some audits become an implementation with us and some do not. The rest keep the map. Both outcomes are fine; the map is yours either way.
