AI & Automation · Voice
The phone stops being the thing you apologise for.
A missed call is not a missed call. It is a customer who has already dialled somebody else by the time you ring back. We put an AI on the line that picks up on the first ring, in Hindi or English, and books the appointment while the person is still interested.
What the phone is costing you
Calls that ring out through lunch and after 6 p.m. A receptionist who is excellent and also one person. Enquiries taken on a notepad that never reach the CRM. And no record at all of how many people called, what they wanted, or how many gave up — which is why the leak stays invisible until somebody counts it.
What we build
Inbound: every call answered
Appointments, enquiries, timings, availability and support, handled on the first ring. A human takes over on your rules, and the caller is never made to repeat themselves.
Outbound: the follow-up nobody has time for
Reminders, renewals, confirmations and post-visit surveys, dialled on schedule and logged against the right record.
Call intelligence for your human team
Every sales call summarised and scored against the things you actually coach on, so a sales manager reviews patterns instead of sampling three calls a week.
Everything in the CRM
Transcript, summary, outcome and next action written to the record automatically. The notepad retires.
Integrations
How it lands
The sequence, and how long it takes.
Listen (week 1: your call recordings, the questions that actually come in, the ones that go wrong) → Arrange (what it handles, what it never attempts, who it transfers to) → Engineer (voice, script boundaries, telephony, CRM) → Master and Repeat (live on a tracked number, tuned weekly against real calls).
Typical time to live: 2–4 weeks.
Questions we actually get
Answered the way we'd answer on a call.
- Our own office line runs on it. Call the number on this site, try to confuse it, switch to Hindi mid-sentence, and ask for a callback. That is the product, not a demo build.
- It stops trying to resolve and transfers, which is what a good receptionist does. Frustration triggers are part of the escalation rules we agree in writing before launch.
- Usually yes, through call forwarding, and we normally start on a separate tracked number so you can compare the two honestly before switching anything.
- We label it as an AI at the start of the call, so nothing depends on it passing for human. Most of the engineering effort goes into latency rather than voice quality: a pause before the reply is what makes a call feel robotic, and that is the part we tune.
The next step
Find out whether this is the right first build.
The audit ranks every automation candidate in your business by payback, so you buy the one that pays first — even if that turns out not to be this one.
