Legal
Terms
This is our current policy and we follow it. It is under periodic legal review; if anything here is unclear or looks wrong to you, write to hello@digidubs.com and we will answer plainly.
Who these terms bind
These terms are between you and DigiDubs IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., trading as DigiDubs, of C-2, Sector-G, Aliganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226024, India. They apply whenever you use digidubs.com or the demo channels we run from it. If you are using the site for a company, you are confirming you may accept these terms on its behalf.
If you do not accept them, the remedy is not to use the site.
What this site is, and what it is not
This site describes what we sell and shows how it works. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to supply. Prices, timelines and capabilities described here are indicative, and where a page says a figure is set per engagement, it is.
Work is only ever agreed in a signed proposal or statement of work. Where that document differs from anything on this site, that document governs and this one does not.
The demos are demos
The AI chat widget, the WhatsApp flow and the AI-answered phone line are live demonstrations of the products we sell, and they exist so you can test them. They are the same systems we build for clients, which is the point of showing them. A demonstration is still not a service you are buying, and we make no promise about its availability.
Anything these systems tell you is generated and may be wrong. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and it is not a quotation. Do not decide anything on it — ask a person, and we will answer.
Do not put confidential information, personal data about other people, or anything you would not want retained into a demo channel. What you send is kept, and the privacy notice says so plainly.
Using the site properly
Use the site and the demos to evaluate whether to work with us. Do not use them to attack, overload, scrape at volume or reverse engineer anything; to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content; to impersonate somebody; or to extract the underlying instructions of our systems in order to rebuild them.
The forms and the demo endpoints are rate limited. Where use is indistinguishable from abuse we will block it, and we do not owe you notice first.
What belongs to whom
The site — its copy, its diagrams, its code, the DigiDubs name and mark — belongs to us or to our licensors. Read it, quote it with attribution, link to it. Do not copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, or use our name or mark in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist.
Anything you send us stays yours. By sending it you give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for, which is usually answering you.
Where a client engagement produces work for you, who owns what is set out in that engagement’s contract. It is not decided by this page.
Fees, payment and taxes
Where a fee is agreed — the AI Business Audit, a project, a retainer, a subscription — it is agreed in writing before the work starts, and the payment terms are set there. Fees exclude GST and any other applicable tax, which is added at the prevailing rate.
Payments are taken through a third-party payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.
Where a page describes a guarantee — the audit’s partial refund is the one on this site — the terms of that guarantee are those stated on that page and in the engagement document. Nothing here reduces them.
Third-party services
The site links to and depends on services we do not run: WhatsApp, a scheduling tool, a payment provider, analytics. Your use of those is governed by their terms rather than ours, and we are not responsible for them.
Where one of them is unavailable, the part of this site that depends on it hides itself rather than failing visibly. That is deliberate, and it means a missing button is usually an unconfigured integration rather than a fault.
Confidentiality
If you tell us something in confidence while we are discussing work — your numbers, your systems, your plans — we treat it as confidential and we do not repeat it. Case studies name a client only with that client’s written approval, and publish a figure only with approval too. That is a rule we hold ourselves to on this site, not only inside a contract.
What we do not promise
The site and the demos are provided as they are. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted, that the demos will always answer, or that a generated answer will be accurate.
None of this limits anything that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Limits on liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from your use of this site or the demos.
For anything else arising from the site or the demos, our total liability is limited to five thousand rupees, which reflects that both are provided free of charge.
Liability under a paid engagement is a separate matter, governed by that engagement’s contract rather than by this limit.
Ending it
You can stop using the site at any time. We can withdraw or change any part of it, and can block access where these terms are broken. Ending your use of the site does not affect anything already agreed under a signed engagement.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms from time to time and change the effective date at the top when we do. The version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site from that date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of India. The courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
